Appointment & Deposit Policy To secure all appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your scheduled service total. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. When proper notice is given due to illness or emergency, your deposit may be transferred one time to a future appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a collection of remaining balance of the total service booked. A new deposit will be required to book any future services. Please understand that appointments are reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes impact both time and business.
